Scheduled Maintenance Notice
<br />Dear GW Hosting Client; <br /> We will be performing scheduled maintenance in our second data center, located in Chicago, IL. You are being contacted because one or more of your services are located in this facility. <br /> Public notice: <br />SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE NOTICE <br /> Maintenance Window: 07/16/09 0000 CDT - 07/16/09 0400 CDT <br />Maintenance Site: Datacenter DC1 <br />Expected Impact: All affected customers may experience 2-3 short (less than 2 minutes) periods of downtime during the window. <br /> Affected Customers: All customers in DC1, This includes customers on the "singlehop" server. <br /> Maintenance Description: <br /> We will be performing maintenance on the switching core to migrate legacy configuration and optimize device configurations. Customers may see small interruptions in service as spanning tree is reconfigured. <br /> Please note: Every effort is made to accurately represent the maintenance window, time frame, and level of customer impact. However, due to factors outside our control we may affect customer connectivity and, need to either start maintenance late or complete the maintenance window late. Thus, the time frames, and customer effects specified above, should be considered approximate and subject to change. <br /> If after the maintenance you have any concerns regarding your service, please do not hesitate to contact us by submitting a ticket through your billing system at http://gwhosting.net/whmcs/clientarea.php<br /> or e-mailing<br /> support@gwhosting.net <br />.
